Loved the nicely decorated room with a window where we could see a couple of streets - made us feel right at home! 🌆

Everything was really good, excellent service, magnificent location very close to Close to the Kiem lake, an alley, and coffee shops in old quarter. Food was good and local; the staff were very hospitable. Booked it for our trip and had a very nice stay here.

Hopefully the room was a nice size with a double-deck bed for 2 adults, bathroom, as example. The breakfast with a combination of Vietnamese and western foods, for instance was assorted, had so much to choose from.

The location of this place is fantastic, close to the Ngoc Son Temple, surrounded by bars and restaurants, making it a great area to stay.

Very helpful staff and good hotel location, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old quarter, just 2 minutes walk. Comfortable room and good facilities.

Great hotel and fantastic value for money. The manager and the staff were super friendly and everyone spoke really good english. The free breakfast was really good and the room was great. For the money you pay, not much can beat this!

Low price and good location in old quarter

We booked a private tour with the hotel owner, Tony Hawk which turned out to be a huge rip off. The guide was immature, the driver reluctant to drive, the itinerary kept being reduced, the accommodation was very poor and the places chosen to eat were cheapest street vendors. We paid a lot of money and received very little in return, with no refund. Lesson learned- choose reputable tour operators. Be warned. This owner operates 3 Hanoi hotels so look for the name .

Location very good, staffs are friendly, service good, I booked Halong trip for 2 days sleep on boat, this is very good and I found out my price is cheapest in our boat,

The breakfast was very very good. the staff was courteous. - Got a cheap, airy room with bathroom and 2 double beds plus good a/c. - Plenty of delicious food, I greatly enjoyed it. - the location was great and incredible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Temple of the Jade Mountain.

Location is good, Staff are helpful, Wifi very fast computer is also fast, facilities are very nice, the most I like is its mattress.

The manager, Patrick Lee was absolutely brilliant, he arranged our travel to Halong Bay on a new and modern junk A class Opera, the services was great and staff very polite and professional, We booked the superior cabin but the manager Patrick upgraded to the deluxe cabins ( becuase my wise organized her birthday). Patrick and his staff also arranged our tour and hotel to the central and south of Vietnam ( flight to Hue, Bus from Hue to Hoian, train from Daning to Nhatrang). All our trip and service was excellent they contacted us everyday to takecare us and made the whole experience absolutely stress free for us. The hotel located right in the heart of Hanoi old quarter just a block to all the attractive place in Hanoi. The hotel has just been repaired and upgraded, room was brand new with full modern facilities. We really enjoyed with our stay there.

Some time noise come from the buiding next door which is under structure.
